Incident and Technical Analyst

Salary Range: 30,000 – 40,000 Baht
Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Report to: Incident and Technical Manager

Job Description

• Manage operational daily routine tasks involving file submission and file reconciliation, and report to related stakeholders.
• Manage the incident and investigation as well as end-to-end impact management, cooperate with the technical team and product team to promote the solution.
• Work closely with the call center team to handle investors’ inquiries and close the requests in a timely manner. Be a center point of contact to support investors’ inquiries.
• Analyze industry and competitive products, learn customer insight from social media and other channels to make suggestions for product improvement and customer experience improvement.
• Fun and excitement with multi-culture experience(Thai/Chinese)

Qualification

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or any related field, and understand how system or service work.
• 1-3 years of experience in the operation role for internet industry, and have strong operational management skill, customer service mind, and process- driven mindset.
• Have a start-up mindset and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment, maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
• Have good English written and oral skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide range of team members and job functions.
• Experienced in API, SQL, Python, or financial industry is a plus
