Marketing Communications Specialist

Salary Range: Up to 75,000 THB

Job Description:

As Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be a strong force to use your communications skills and strategic thinking to make MONIX become the number one brand as the best friend to our beloved customers and solve the problems for them with use of creativity and data. You will work closely with internal and external teams to producing communications assets to support branding and marketing activities, both offline and online channel.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer trends and customers’ database to develop systematic way to communicate with customer to bring their engagement, loyalty, and positive word of mouth
• Formulate and implement a long-term brand strategy and take charge of providing strategic input and directions for the brand
• Devise and implement strategic IMC plan and execution to to effectively communicate product benefits, promotions and achieve top-of-mind awareness
• Lead, maintain, and optimize brand and advertising campaigns on media platform, both online and offline from the data
• Manage media production of all formats requested by internal and external stakeholders
• Measure effectiveness of communications campaign and adapt continuously to ensure OKRs are met
• In charge of offline and online event marketing campaigns from conception to execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree or higher in marketing communications, advertising, marketing, or related field
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications development, brand management, IMC campaign building up; preferably with relevant experience in Internet and application fields from banking, FinTech, e-commerce or FMCG industries
• In-depth understanding of marketing funnels, Internet development trend and media strategies
• Extensive experience in both corporate and agency environments is preferrable
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to create & lead brand communications
• Result oriented, logical, with the ability to think strategically and creativity, distinctive problem-solving skills, and the abilities to work well under-pressure in very dynamic environment
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) in both Thai and English
