Business Development Intern

Report to: Head of Partnership & Business Development
Job Description:

The Business Development, you will be the expert for strategic initiatives, business partnerships, market development, business expansion, and business activities that help make a business better by building strategic partnerships.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Management
- Support market research and competitor analysis to find actionable insights and foster actions based on the findings
- Analyze stats in order to see trends and needs of a particular industry
- Support on boarding process / project with partners
2. Strategic & Launch planning
- Plan for project and campaign strategy and launching with related team
- Prepare, organize, and design materials brief for launching campaign on in-app banners and post channels with partners with the marketing team
- Upload artwork for deals and add information to the admin system
3. Coordination
- Coordinate and work closely with related teams, such as Marketing, PO, Operation, and Data, to find out what information is needed for a report and send a monthly performance report to partners
- Monitor on performance on deal banners and look at how customers feedback to improve banner function and deal categories
Qualifications:
- 3rd or 4th year university student, pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or Communications or related fields
- Positive attitude with a big growth mindset
- Great attention to detail results in a high level of accuracy in your work
- Insatiable desire to learn all about marketing excellence
- Work well under very high pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and hungry for creating initiatives
- Love solving problems and enjoying test and learn approach
- Have some experience with marketing campaigns/activities in your own projects or internship
