Business Development Specialist


Salary Range: Up to 50,000 THB
Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Report to: Business Development Manager

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

1.  Deliver Performance Reports:

  • Own the creation of comprehensive performance reports for assigned projects, analyzing data to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.  
  • Develop insightful dashboards and visualizations to clearly communicate project progress, risk/issue mitigation strategies, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Delivery Manager to ensure reports are accurate, timely, and actionable.


2. Data Analysis Support:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of project data to understand campaign effectiveness, partner engagement, and customer behavior.  
  • Identify actionable insights and recommendations to optimize operations, increase loan origination volume, and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Marketing teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies for partner initiatives.

3. Campaign Operational Excellence:

  • Support ongoing operational tasks post-project go-live, including data preparation, internal and external meetings, and document management for invoicing and transactions.  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and internal teams for issue resolution, liaising with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with Product, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure operations align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare briefing materials and      launch new projects and campaigns with partners.
  • Monitor and manage timely delivery of campaigns and projects, ensuring quality standards are met.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, project management, or data analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (Able to use SQL, Power BI is plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Demonstrated commitment to data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Thai.
