Report to: Call Center Operation Manager

Job Description

Workforce/Agent management

  • Target setup
  • Capacity Planning
  • Encourage team to achieve the target
  • Build-up and Individual Improvement and tracking the progress
  • Incentive structure improvement
  • Know-how sharing

Strategy adjustment(Utilizing our existing system)

  • Data analysis
  • Proposing parameter setup (e.g., Call frequency, Call concurrent) AND/OR Improvement feature suggestion
  • Change Management(Track/Record/Follow-up)
  • Know-how sharing


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher inBusiness, Marketing, Finance, IT or a related field.
  • 3-5 years and above inTelesales experience in a fast-paced environment and have team management skill
  • Proven track record ofachieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and teammanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication,negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English
