Job Description

As a highly analytical and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in business and conversion optimization across our various media channels, with a primary focus on our website, social media, App Store Optimization (ASO), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Additionally, you will play a key role in managing our marketing technology (Mar Tech) operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in the implementation of ASO strategies to improve app visibility and drive app installs and business conversions.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for improved search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyze key SEO metrics, such as keyword rankings, backlink profile, and domain authority, to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
- Manage and maintain our marketing technology stack, including but not limited to CRM, analytics tools, email marketing platforms, and advertising platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, ASO, SEO, and marketing technology, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling digital assets and landing pages optimized for conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth and maximizing business conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website optimization, ASO, and SEO.
- Solid understanding of marketing technology platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Certificates in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related fields are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
