Growth Marketing Analyst
Salary Range: Up to 50,000 THB
Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Report to: Growth Marketing Manager
Job Description:
MONIX brings the world’s best innovative, inclusive financial services and literacy to our friends everywhere to make people’s financial lives better as their true best friend.
As our Growth Marketing Specialist (Organic & Search), you will be the architect of our discoverability strategy. Your mission is to maximize high-intent user acquisition through App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). You will own the organic funnel, ensuring our app is the first thing users see when they search for solutions, while leveraging your knowledge of SRNs (Self-Attributed Networks) and Non-SRNs to create a unified growth ecosystem.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. App Store Optimization (ASO) Mastery
- Meta data Strategy: Lead end-to-end ASO for iOS and Android, including keyword research, localization, and optimization of titles, subtitles, and descriptions to improve rankings
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Design and execute rigorous A/B testing for store assets (icons, screenshots, preview videos) using Google Play Experiments and Product Page Optimization (PPO)
- Store Relations: Manage the App Store Connect and Google Play Console environments, monitoring store health, ratings, and reviews to maintain high visibility
- Apple Search Ads (ASA) Synergy: Collaborate with the paid team to use ASA data for discovering high-converting keywords to feedback into the organic ASO strategy
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Web-to-App
- Content & Technical SEO: Optimize our web presence to drive traffic to our landing pages, focusing on keyword strategy, backlink building, and technical health (Core Web Vitals)
- Web-to-App Journey: Develop and refine strategies to transition web traffic into app installs (e.g., smart banners, deep-linked content) to lower blended CAC
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor SEO/ASO movements and industry trends to identify "white space" opportunities for organic dominance
3. Attribution & Integrated Search Knowledge
- MMP Integration: Utilize AppsFlyer or Adjust to track the success of organic efforts and understand the "organic uplift" generated by paid campaigns
- SRN & Non-SRN Awareness: Apply your understanding of SRNs (Meta, Google, TikTok) and Non-SRNs (Applovin, Unity, Programmatic) to ensure organic and paid efforts aren't cannibalizing each other
- Deep Linking: Work with Product/Engineering to ensure SEO/ASO journeys utilize deep links (OneLink/Universal Links) for a seamless user experience
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Full-Funnel Tracking: Analyze organic performance from "Impressions → Page Views → Installs → In-app Events" to prove the ROI of organic growth
- Dashboarding: Build and maintain organic growth dashboards using Looker Studio or similar tools, blending data from AppTweak/Sensor Tower with internal MMP data
- Predictive Growth: Forecast organic growth trends based on seasonal shifts and algorithm updates
5. Experimentation & Documentation
- Testing Roadmap: Maintain a continuous pipeline of organic experiments, documenting wins and failures to build a centralized growth playbook
- Knowledge Sharing: Act as the internal consultant for "search intent," helping creative and product teams understand what users are looking for
Qualifications:
Required
- Experience: 2–4 years of dedicated experience in ASO and SEO, preferably for a mobile-first company
- Tools: Proficiency with ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, MobileAction) and SEO suites (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console)
- MMP Literacy: Strong understanding of mobile attribution (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and how organic installs are attributed vs. paid installs
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Clear understanding of how SRNs (like Google App Campaigns) and Non-SRNs (like SDK networks) impact organic rankings through "velocity"
Preferred
- Technical SEO: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Schema markup. Experience with Mobile Measurement Platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust)
- Fintech/App Experience: Experience navigating the strict store compliance rules for fintech or highly regulated app categories. Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups
- Data Skills: Familiarity with SQL for querying organic cohort performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proactive mindset: You don’t wait for instructions—you bring ideas and challenge the status quo
- Ownership: You take responsibility for performance outcomes, not just tasks
- Strong opinions, loosely held: You use data to support viewpoints and adapt when evidence changes
- Curiosity & experimentation: You constantly test, learn, and iterate
- Business thinking: You understand that marketing performance must translate into real revenue impact
“Selection of candidates for this position requires a criminal record check to ensure safety and maintain organizational standards.”
Welfare & Benefits:
- 15 vacation days per year
- Flexible working hours
- Flexible working location (Head Office at SCB Park Plaza)
- Mobile phone allowance
- Provident fund
- Employee home loan program
- Town Hall & Happy Hours (food & drinks provided)
- In-house & overseas training
- Life, accident, disability, and health insurance
- Company outing
