HR Coordinator‍

Salary Range: Up to THB 30,000
Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Report to: Human Resource Manager‍

‍Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Provide general HR support and address employee inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement engagement activity
• Coordinate and support training and development programs
• Maintenance and functionality of office facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements
• Manage the procurement process for all office supplies and equipment, including identifying needs, sourcing vendors, and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment

‍Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business, or any related fields
• 1-3 years working experience in HR administration and operation function
• Good sense of responsibility, good time-management skill, good services mind, good working in fast-paced environment ability
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work
• Good command of English
