Salary Range: 15,000-25,000 Baht

Report to: Human Resources and Back Office
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Perform IT operation support which includes PC installation, server and peripherals support & maintenance.
- Install and maintain software applications. Maintain network and IT equipment/systems and ensure it can operate properly.
- Provided operational support and coordinate with relevant teams to make sure operation task being done.
- Provided administrative and critical support to department or individuals.
- Handle ad-hoc IT tasks. Run a help desk and solve daily problems, giving advice & information to users as well as giving support via phone , computer and email.
- Setup accounts, including giving access after being approved by the relevant departments.
- Maintain server hardware, including patrol, malfunction analysis, replace the hardware like hard disk, etc.
- 22 – 28 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
- Information Technology
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience with similar IT role.
- Good understanding of service management software ( O365,AWS,Microsoft )
- Have a basic understanding of server hardware
- Can withstand strong work pressure , strong organizational and coordination skills , and strong teamwork.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Thai
