IT Support
Salary Range: Up to 35,000 THB
Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Report to: Human Resources Manager
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Computer Roll-In/Roll-Out and Maintenance
- Perform setup notebooks and LAN devices
- Handle new notebook installation, replacement, and software setup
- Create email accounts and initial passwords for new joiners
- Perform access termination and system access control for leavers
2. IT Helpdesk Services
- Provide first-level support for hardware issues including PCs, peripherals, and other devices
- Resolve user queries related to software, applications, and operating systems
- Provide user support via phone, computer, email, and in-person
3. Network Management
- Manage network infrastructure and ensure connectivity across all departments
4. IT Asset & License Management
- Maintain accurate records of IT hardware and software assets
- Monitor and manage software license usage and renewal
- Assist in planning and procurement of new licenses and subscriptions
5. Meeting Room Technical Support
- Set up and troubleshoot IT and AV equipment for meetings and presentations
6. Security and Compliance Support
- Assist Security Engineer in implementing and maintaining endpoint protection (e.g., install security software)
- Ensure systems comply with company IT and security policies
7. Systems and Account Management
- Support Windows and MacOS configurations and upgrades
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and hardware/software lifecycle
- Maintain procedures and documentation for system configurations
8. Vendor and External Support Coordination
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for equipment repair and advanced issue resolution
9. Microsoft 365 Administration
- Provide user support and perform administrative tasks in Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Forms
10. General IT Administrative Tasks
- Provide clerical and documentation support for IT operations
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and contribute to IT-related projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Basic networking and server support skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
