Junior Growth Marketing Specialist
Salary Range: Up to 40K
Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Report to: Marketing Director
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Developing and continuously refining digital advertising initiatives across diverse platforms, emphasizing the optimization of Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Developing, monitor and improve live campaigns, analyze website performance and funnels, and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity.
- Assist in SEO and ASO campaign performance, from keywords generation to optimization through channels
- Responsible for crafting comprehensive reports on digital marketing activities by aggregating data from Google Analytics, advertising platforms, and Martech systems.
- Recognizing prospects for expansion, novel audience targeting, and pioneering growth strategies.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our strategies.
- Effectively managing marketing budgets, allocating resources judiciously, and regularly presenting performance reports to the team.
Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience in performance marketing and/or digital marketing. Proficient with MarTech stacks management is preferable.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- An ROI driven Direct Response marketing strategy.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide meaningful insights for campaign improvement.
- Experience with managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics, SEO, ASO, and mobile measurement platform.
- Strong passion for digital marketingand eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Exceptional collaboration andcommunication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A positive "can-do" attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver.
