Job Description:

As a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Analyst, you will be a key player in shaping how MONIX connects with the world. You’ll use your storytelling skills, strategic thinking, and data-driven mindset to help MONIX become the number one brand in the hearts of our customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, loves engaging with people, and isn’t afraid to be in the spotlight—whether on camera or at events.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support social media and content marketing initiatives—from ideation to execution—across platforms to drive engagement, brand love, and product awareness.
  • Produce high-impact content including videos, graphics, blog posts, and social media assets that reflect MONIX’s brand personality and resonate with our audience.
  • Be a visible brand ambassador—actively participate in video shoots, livestreams, and other public-facing content with confidence and authenticity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop creative campaigns that are both innovative and performance-driven.
  • Assist in corporate communications and PR efforts, including drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and supporting executive communications.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends, audience insights, and content opportunities.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all communication channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and content production to keep MONIX’s communications fresh and relevant.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in marketing communications, content creation, or PR—experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.
  • Naturally confident and comfortable being featured in videos, live sessions, and other public-facing content.
  • Energetic, creative, and proactive personality—loves engaging with people, experimenting with new ideas, and bringing fresh perspectives to the table.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with a portfolio that showcases creativity across digital platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and channels.
  • Proficient in using Gen AI tools and digital marketing platforms to enhance work efficiency and creativity.
  • Experience with social media management tools, CMS, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Humble and open-minded team player who thrives in collaborative environments and values feedback.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and staying ahead of trends in marketing and communications.
