As our Partnership & Business Development Executive, you'll be a strategic matchmaker, identifying, developing, and nurturing impactful partnerships with digital and technology businesses. You'll be instrumental in unlocking new customer segments and driving significant business growth. ‍Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Identify & Cultivate Opportunities: Proactively scout and engage with key players in the digital and technology landscape to identify potential partnership synergies
• Strategic Deal-Making: Lead the end-to-end process of pitching, negotiating, and finalizing mutually beneficial partnership agreements that align with MONIX's strategic goals
• Seamless Integration & Growth: Oversee the successful onboarding of new partners, ensuring smooth technical and operational integration, and actively seek opportunities for collaborative growth
• Nurture Long-Term Relationships: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, fostering trust and mutual value
• Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data insights to track partnership performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize ROI
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor digital trends and the competitive landscape to identify innovative partnership opportunities
• Develop Compelling Strategies: Craft persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition for potential partners
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Tech) to ensure seamless partnership implementation and success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related fields)
• Significant experience in partnership collaboration, demonstrating a strong understanding of successful partnership frameworks and execution (5+years preferred)
• Proven ability to drive the successful launch of campaigns and projects in collaboration with partners, showcasing ownership and results
• Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, online business models, and relevant technologies
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurship, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities
• Solid business acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics and financial implications of partnerships
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving ambitious goals
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Fluency in Thai and English
