Performance Marketing Analyst

Salary Range: Up to 40,000 THB
Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Report to: Head of Marketing

Job Description:

MONIX brings the world’s best innovative, inclusive financial services and literacy to our friends everywhere to make people’s financial lives better as their true best friend.

We are looking for a proactive Performance Marketing Analyst who treats data as a decision engine, not just a reporting tool. This role is ideal for someone who challenges assumptions, forms strong hypotheses, and actively shapes campaign strategy, not just executes it.

You will own performance insights across paid channels, identify growth opportunities, and influence budget allocation through evidence-based recommendations. Success in this role means improving efficiency, scaling profitable channels, and continuously testing new approaches to unlock growth.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Optimization & Execution — 35%

  • Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns for the fintech app across paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, affiliate networks, etc.)
  • Optimize for downstream fintech metrics such as approved accounts, KYC completion, first transaction, loan disbursement, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • Continuously refine targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and in-app funnels to improve CAC, approval rates, and ROAS
  • Identify scaling opportunities and proactively recommend budget reallocation based on profitability and risk-adjusted returns

2. Data Analysis & Insight Generation — 20%

  • Analyze full-funnel performance from ad engagement to in-app conversion events (install → registration → KYC → approval → transaction)
  • Identify drop-off points in onboarding and propose data-backed improvements to increase activation and approval rates
  • Evaluate attribution models and incrementality to ensure accurate measurement in a privacy-first environment
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable growth recommendations that balance acquisition volume with portfolio quality

3. Reporting & Data Visualization — 15%

  • Develop dashboards and visual reports that transform complex performance data into clear, easy-to-digest insights for stakeholders
  • Present performance narratives using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) to support decision-making
  • Automate reporting workflows to provide real-time visibility into KPIs such as CAC, approved users, LTV, default risk indicators, and ROAS
  • Tailor reporting formats for different audiences, including executives and marketing team

4. Strategic Planning & Budget Forecasting — 10%

  • Support budget allocation decisions using predictive models based on historical fintech performance and cohort quality
  • Forecast acquisition volume, approval rates, and revenue contribution under different spending scenarios
  • Provide strategic input on channel mix to balance growth targets with risk and compliance considerations

5. Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration — 15%

  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, finance, risk, legal, compliance, and data teams to ensure campaigns align with business direction, financial projection, regulatory and risk policies
  • Work closely with account managers and external partners (ad platforms, agencies, affiliates) to improve campaign performance and unlock new opportunities
  • Coordinate campaign launches and promotional initiatives with multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to improve onboarding flows, credit quality, and customer retention

6. Experimentation & Growth Testing — 5%

  • Design and run controlled experiments across creatives, audience segments, onboarding flows, and bidding strategies
  • Document learnings and build a knowledge base to improve future campaign performance

7. Business Development & Acquisition Partnerships — 5%

  • Identify and evaluate new acquisition channels and business partners (e.g. programmatic advertising platforms, fintech marketplaces, OEM partnerships, etc.)
  • Support negotiation and onboarding of partners to expand scalable, compliant user acquisition

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar)
  • Experience tracking and optimizing key metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates

Preferred:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other ad platforms
  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust)
  • Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, or marketing automation tools
  • Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups

“Selection of candidates for this position requires a criminal record check to ensure safety and maintain organizational standards.”

Welfare & Benefits:

  • 15 vacation days per year
  • Flexible working hours
  • Flexible working location (Head Office at SCB Park Plaza)
  • Mobile phone allowance
  • Provident fund
  • Employee home loan program
  • Town Hall & Happy Hours (food & drinks provided)
  • In-house & overseas training
  • Life, accident, disability, and health insurance
  • Company outing
