Product Owner

Salary Range: Up to 35,000 THB
Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Report to: Product Owner Lead

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and get hands-on on the extensive whole product life cycle and development; from ideation, design, implementation, testing to launching
  • Conduct and synthesize customer research and market trends to support product decisions and prioritization
  • Create user stories with wireframes, flowcharts, and functional requirements that align with business objectives
  • Continuously evaluate the potential impact of evolving requirements on relevant aspects and facilitating timely resolution, if needed
  • Support testing processes, including UAT and PVT, to ensure product readiness before go-live
  • Monitor customer feedback and post-launch data performance to proactively identify areas for iteration
  • Drive collaboration across product, developer, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of product features


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or any related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience related to product development
  • Familiarity with product development tools such as Jira and Figma
  • Empathetic to solve and serve customers’ needs
  • Ownership-driven mindset – goes beyond assigned tasks to address and tackle problems, align stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery
  • Withstand strong work pressure, strong organizational and coordination skills, and strong teamwork
  • Have good focus, priority, and time management, detail-oriented
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Thai
